We find creative solutions, tell stories,
build relationships and craft ideas.
We transform brands and sometimes
even transform lives. We get results.
And, along the way, we have a lot of fun.
we are a maker of things
We believe in the power of real communication. That great design and thoughtful copy can engage the eye, touch the heart, reach the mind and persuade people to act. It’s the power to make lightning strike and to make limits well, limitless.
We’re designers and writers, dreamers and doers. Optimists and idealists. No egos or attitude- just talented people, a passion for the business and the drive to do something that matters. Something that will – move people to action, change attitudes, and maybe even change the world. Just ask our clients and they’ll vouch for our insane work ethic, our track record of results and our ability to never take ourselves too seriously.
We don’t have the largest stable of creative minds – just the best ones. We’re small enough to be able to move quickly, act strategically and stay one step ahead of the big guys. Why do you think we wear sneakers?
This spirit sits at the heart of what we do.
Our Work Speaks For Itself
We listen. Then we respond with fresh ideas, creative solutions that build relationships and measureable results that make our clients look a little better and a whole lot smarter than the competition. Go ahead, call it advertising. But it’s really about people. It’s creating trust and finding solutions that drive real change. Our clients sing our praises, but we think our work speaks for itself.
Take a look.
SAFETY MEETS STYLE
We helped SureGrip grab a bigger share of the non-slip shoe market by showing that safety and style are not mutually exclusive. Combining top brands with their exclusive patented sole, the company needed to reach decision makers in hotels, restaurants, hospitals and anywhere there’s wet slick surfaces. And they have.
A Woman’s Best Friend
From sophisticated, uber-exclusive and classic to fun and flirty, we’ve been giving women what they want for years. Our campaigns span the ages and the seasons—driving women in store and online to connect with their favorite brands like eLuxury, King of Prussia, Lilly Pulitzer and KJordan.
EFFORTLESS STYLE TAKES HARD WORK
Brands like Dockers, Brooks Brothers, eLuxury, King of Prussia & Lilly Pulitzer have all trusted us to drive both online, direct and retail traffic. Creating and crafting campaigns that deliver results. We understand the importance of targeted, authentic customer dialogs and building meaningful customer relationships.
WE MAKE MAGIC HAPPEN
What do you get when you combine the top brands in children’s fashion and retail with some of the most creative minds in the industry? Magic. That’s exactly what we made with Disney, Hasbro, Learning Resources, Zainy Brainy, Journeys Kidz, King of Prussia, Lilly Minnies, Playclothes and Just For Kidz.
THE PREMIER RETAILER FOR BRANDED FOOTWEAR IN THE TEEN MARKET
Reaching a teenager isn’t easy. They have a language all their own. And lucky for our clients, we speak it. We know when, how and where to reach this on-the-go, tech-savvy group. And we’ve been helping Journeys do just that by staying relevant and cool with this audience for years. …
HAND CRAFTED MEETS HI-TECH
Artisan crafters of fine wooden shutters and hand-forged hardware, Timberlane takes pride in what they do and rightly so. We helped them not only tell their story in print and on-line but made it easy for customers to enhance the beauty and value of their homes. And that’s worth a lot.
GETTING INTO WOMEN’S MINDS
We helped launch this new women’s shoe brand with more than just a product name, packaging, collateral, a give-back program and a website. But it was our creation of a brand persona that all women could relate to that really brought it all together. Meet Lila.
With a line of clothes that are thoughtfully designed and destined to define the new generation of classic style, Purnell came to us looking to distinguish themselves in a highly competitive market. We helped them to find their voice, establish their identity and stake their place in the industry.
HOLY REDEEMER HOSPITAL
A BRAND EVOLUTION
When Holy Redeemer Hospital wanted to refresh their brand expression and make it work harder, they came to us. We offered them both digital and print design solutions. From maternity and neonatal services, to end-of-life care and every stage of life in between, Holy Redeemer’s services focus on your total well-being.
What We Do
We work with you to tell your story in a way that’s true, compelling and smart. Beyond words and pictures, we find creative solutions and try to cause a bit of a commotion. We get companies noticed, give them a voice and uncover their distinct personality.
It’s our business and we’re proud of it.
BRAND MARKETING & STORYTELLING
IT’S WHO YOU ARE
It’s more than a new logo, it’s learning who you really are, mapping your brand DNA and discovering what makes you great. It’s charting your direction and mapping a course of action that will move others and make them want to follow your lead.
WE NEVER SAY NEVER
Sometimes all it takes is an idea, a kick-start to get your team going. We can do that. We specialize in unexpected ideas and igniting creative sparks. In elegant solutions that will make you slap your forehead and say, “Why didn’t I think of that?”
Creating a physical retail store, trade show exhibit, showroom or a special event that is informative, interactive and that reflects your brand in a visually compelling way is our idea of a good time.
THERE’S AN APP FOR THAT
Give your customers a truly useful app or one that entertains them and you’ve made a friend. Mobile apps are a way to get your business right into your clients’ hands and then into their heads.
WHEN IT ALL CLICKS
Downtown has gone digital and
e-commerce is an expected convenience. A positive shopping experience can enhance your company’s image, create customer satisfaction and grow your business.
"I have launched both the Journeys and the SureGrip brands with Carliss. Journeys is now at 850 stores and the SureGrip sales are increasing every quarter. Just a coincidence? Think again."Bret Moore, President/SureGrip
“CUBICLES” IS A FOUR LETTER WORD
We believe that an inspiring space inspires great work. And that where you work is a reflection of how you work. Our space is a two-story brick carriage house with an open floor plan, exposed brick, a couple of fireplaces and comfortable meeting places where the staff and our clients feel right at home.
We work hard and we love every minute of it. Because at TMG we know that a happy agency makes happy clients. And that’s why we’re in business. So we do everything we can to make every day at work a good day. Dogs are welcome, so is the occasional baby. We’re flexible and we’re human. We know that not every creative inspiration comes between 9 and 5. So sometimes we work late. And, if sometimes we leave early to go watch our kid’s ball game or go for a bike ride, it’s okay. We have lives.
The truth is, we think pretty highly of the folks who work here at TMG. So we try to create an environment that’s rewarding, challenging and one that will keep them coming back every morning to do more great work and have more fun.
Come visit. You’ll wish you worked here, too.

Director of Client Services
Trafficking tax seminar ads for Merrill Lynch was not the glamorous ad career Ali Hayes had envisioned while watching Melrose Place. Since then, her ability to stay calm under pressure and to keep others focused have launched her into positions in the largest agencies in both Philadelphia and Baltimore where her impressive roster of clients included nearly every business vertical and media channel. Now, at TMG, working at a more human scale, Ali is responsible for all aspects of client relations, strategic planning and the office March Madness bracket.
When she’s not schmoozing clients or crafting late night proposals, Ali is an obsessive party planner who is renowned for orchestrating over the top birthday parties for her daughter.
"Purnell launched our new brand with TMG...Location scouting turned into Santa Barbara winery scouting. Both endeavours were easy, successful and a lot of fun."Brita Womack, Co-Founder Purnell
