We repositioned a flat, unprofitable store support catalog, without an entertainment point of view, into an exciting branded catalog that brought to life the magic of the Disney brand. This ultimately led to a turnaround from a $12M business losing money to a rapidly growing $66M business making $10M a year in operating income. Working with the Consumer Products Group as well as The Disney Stores and The Disney Studios, to create the “industry standard” in entertainment direct-to-consumer publications.
